The bees have foraged on mainly Pohutukawa. The beautiful New Zealand Native Christmas tree produces a liquid clear honey with a delicate salty sweetness, capped with a brilliant white wax. Comb honey is the rawest form that honey can be enjoyed. Unprocessed - 100% raw straight from the hive.
